About Keysight License Manager (KLM)

Keysight License Manager is a free software tool that helps you manage licenses for both software and hardware capabilities on Keysight instruments, as well as PCs running Keysight software. How to Find the Host ID in KLM

The host ID for your PC will be displayed in the "Host ID" field, you can copy this value to the clipboard by pressing the relevant "Copy" button.

The host ID will have the format: PCSERNO, followed by 2 letters and 8 digits (e.g. PCSERNO, AB12345678).

How to Launch KLM

There are three ways to launch Keysight License Manager:

1. From the Windows search feature, type “License” and select “Keysight License Manager.”
2. In the Windows Start Menu, it is under “Keysight License Manager.”
3. On Windows-based instruments, there is usually a License selection under a Tools or Utilities menu.
