How to Install a License File in Pathwave License Manager

This article is part of the Licensing for Keysight Test & Measurement series of articles. It shows the three ways to install a license in Pathwave License Manager (PLM).

 

Here are the steps to install a node locked,  transportable, or USB portable license, using PLM:

1. Launch PathWave Manager.
2. In the Add License tab (shown at startup by default) click +Add a License File.
3. Browse to the location you have saved the license you received from KSM.
4. In the Open dialog box, select the license file to install, then click Open.
5. Click Add Now to install the license.
